Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Orders ship from St. Petersburg, FL within 3 to 5 business days. Limited drops can take a little longer; the product page will say so.
• Flat $6.00 shipping, free over $75.00. US addresses only for now.
• You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
• Local pickup in St. Petersburg is free. Choose it at checkout and RJ will email you to set a time.

Returns and exchanges

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Email shop@thevolksvision.com with your order number (it starts with VV-) to start a return. You cover return shipping unless we made a mistake.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back.
• Need a different size? Ask for an exchange and we'll hold the size while yours ships back, if it's in stock.

Final sale

• Signed and numbered prints and anything marked sale or final can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong item

• If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days. We'll replace it or refund you, and cover the shipping.
